This part you can leave to us! The team at Build Queenstown have been hand-picked. Our licensed building team have the experience and knowledge bring your home to life.
Your project manager will look after every aspect of the build ensuring the project runs smooth and on time.
Even though the construction has started that doesn't mean nothing can be changed. If you want something changed, maybe another toilet? No trouble. Just let us know and we'll make it happen if it can be done.
HANDOVER
KEYS AND GUARANTEES
Once we have finished construction on your new house, we walk through with you and do a final sign-off to make sure you're ecstatic.
Then the keys are yours and your new home awaits.
For your peace of mind, we have a defects liability period in place for 3 months.
That means, once you've moved in and settled down, you have plenty of time to notice should any thing we may have missed!
You can rest easy knowing we'll come back and fix it. Easy as that.
